Philippine Poultry Show and Fiestag is dedicated to the poultry industry bringing together the farmers, breeders, suppliers and related industries. Lumis exhibited along with its distributor at the MVC (Cereals: Mixed feed: Veterinary) trade show that was held at Moscow, Russia. Lumis and its distributor were proud to have exhibited at MVC which is one of the largest professional forum in Russia.
Lumis and its distributor team had a very successful exhibition with their innovative and customized enzymes achieving much acclaim from the visitors who visited them. Lumis provided the relevant information both in English and the local language that helped the customers to comprehend the data very well. Lumis enzymes not only exhibited but were also the main sponsors at VIV, Asia which is the largest exhibition for the international animal production and processing industry. Lumis had its brand displayed at most of the prime locations capturing the attention of not only the visitors but also the 1000 odd exhibitors. Right from the banner at the top of the building to the entrance top, from the hall entrances to the badge scanning staff t-shirts, Lumis enzymes prominently made its presence felt. The gigantic pink elephant was seen from a very long distance by visitors arriving to the Bitec centre from any side of the venue. Lumis enzyme logo, the only logo besides the VIV logo displayed on the t-shirts of the badge scanning staff also got much attention.
Lumis had an extremely successful exhibition not only in terms of the new innovative products showcased at VIV but also due to visitors and exhibitors sincerely appreciating Lumis branding. Some international exhibitors mentioned that Lumis had really done a commendable job in branding and said it had also given them ideas on how they should promote their brand in future. Lumis team was accompanied by several international distributors and technical experts from across the globe which helped them to communicate to the visitors in their own regional language.
Lumis and their distributor team were truly overwhelmed at the wonderful response received from the visitors that exceeded beyond their expectations.

Lumis Enzymes conducted yet another technical seminar and presentations to their distributor team at Dhaka on their enzyme products. The 40 member distributor team comprising of sales and marketing personnel’s were given comprehensive training on latest updates about the enzyme products. Lumis also answered the various queries from the distributor team to their complete satisfaction.
Lumis further provided technical presentations to over 35 feed millers and consultants, nutritionists at Bogra. Apart from the technical seminars and presentations, Lumis personnel along with their distributor team met several customers by travelling extensively to various parts of Bogra, Joypurhat, Dhaka, Gazipur and Chittagong.
The customer response was overwhelming and positive and they expressed Lumis enzyme features to be really unique and outstanding. The distributor team commented that the seminars and the customer visits were both focused and effective. They also said that Lumis is a proactive enzyme supplier offering customized enzyme solutions by “anticipating customer needs” much ahead of any other enzyme supplier in the market.

Lumis arranged technical trainings in 2 phases for its distributor teams in Dhaka and Jessore. The training included several presentations on their enzyme products clearly highlighting the key differentiation and benefits over other enzyme products. The distributor teams were trained well to handle the product presentations and any kind of queries that might arise from their customers.
Lumis representative and the distributor teams made joint visits to the customers. Together they met and provided comprehensive product information and technical assistance to customers from Moghbazar, Gulshan, Mohakhali, Dhanmondi, Kawranbazar, Motijheel, Banglamotor, Savar, Gazipur, Jessore etc. The customer list included both regular as well as potential customers that included feedmillers, consultants & nutritionists. While the regular customers expressed their complete satisfaction towards the Lumis enzyme product in terms of quality, composition and consistency, the potential customers found the product features and presentations to be quite captivating.
Both Lumis representative and distributor representatives confirmed that the meetings attracted very high interest from the customers and this will contribute a lot to strengthen their brand position in Bangladesh market.

Lumis organized a technical seminar on “Customized Enzymes from Lumis” at the Renaissance hotel in Bangkok. The seminar was attended by their distributor team & invited customers from the Thai feed industry. The customers were multi-disciplinary expertise and included nutritionists, feed millers, premix manufacturers, livestock farmers, veterinarians etc.

Lumis arranged a distributor training session that was divided into 3 interactive sections: presentations, discussions and practical training on quick comparative enzyme testing. The objective of the training was to increase the distributor’s familiarization with the methodology of Lumis enzyme development and further showcase the benefits of the enzyme using this methodology. Lumis’s commitment to customization, quality and reliability - synonymous with the brand – was also explained in detail. The distributor team was well trained to cater to any kind of customer queries.
Lumis further visited several customers across Selangor and Johor jointly with their distributor team with an intention to promote its newly launched customized enzymes and simultaneously establish partnership relationships with the esteemed customers. Lumis provided comprehensive and relevant information on the practical and strategic approach used to design their enzyme products. The customers were truly impressed and very optimistic that Lumis enzymes would be able to create a niche for itself in the Malaysian market to deal with the current and future feed industry challenges.
Lumis conducted a technical meeting with its esteemed distributors from Ukraine and Russia in Moscow, Russia. The technical meet included several presentations with focus on the customized enzyme and how it can address the key issues faced in these local markets. The presentations clearly demonstrated the big initiation taken by Lumis to shift the feed industry approach from a “conventional enzyme” to a “customization centric enzyme”. Strategic discussions for customized enzymes with respect to Ukraine and Russia was discussed keeping in mind the specific feed compositions prevalent in these countries.
The distributor team found the technical presentations to be very well structured that provided details about the product designing, its application strengths and key benefits that is distinctive of Lumis enzymes. They appreciated the Knowledge and competencies of Lumis, with their expected as well as latent queries been answered to their complete satisfaction. They mentioned that Lumis has given them an opportunity to learn about the technical advances in the feed enzyme application. Lumis Biotech’s local China distributor arranged a seminar in Beijing which was attended by guest from various provinces in China including large feed mills, consultants and the end users. The seminar was successfully arranged where it brought together several prominent international speakers to discuss about relevant current burning topics related to animal health and general scenario of feed industry in China and worldwide. The seminar did co-inside with the World Poultry Congress (WPSA) and VIV China 2016 held in Beijing at the same time. Lumis representatives took part actively in the seminar and expressed their views on how enzymes can help in reducing the production cost using newer and unique technologies that they have to offer to the industry.
Lumis found the seminar to be interesting as the feed ingredients and the issues mentioned by the various speakers was something Lumis had already taken into consideration and accordingly designed their enzyme products for the China feed industry and their views were largely applauded by the distinguished guests.
The seminar was followed by a dinner party arranged to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the distributors company in animal health care. At the same time a farewell was given to an eminent, veteran professor from the China, Department of Animal Husbandry, which then was followed by appreciating important professors who had been contributing to the growth of the feed industry.

Dr. Luciano has obtained his Master of Veterinary Science from the Federal University of Parana, Brazil and PhD in Animal Science from the prestigious Cornell University. He is currently Adjunct Professor of the Department of Animal Science and is highly proficient in the field of animal nutrition.
